Beautiful hotel

The hotel is very nice indeed. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Good standard of fire throughout. Alcohol little expensive. Staff on reception could be better trained, they put us in the wrong room the first night. Resolved the next day we'll, but we were out of pocket money wise. There was a big difference in price between delux room and stand alone villa which we paid for. Lots of pools, clean and plenty of sun beds. Staff friendly.

What was the highlight of Rawi Warin Resort

Great resort for family vacation with small children in a safe and beautiful place.

The resort is maintained fairly well and has to offer everything for the guests convenience. The small beach is also very good. Our 2y old kid enjoyed feeding the fish every day and also played a lot in the kids club. The restaurants are very good and the breakfast was amazing and very rich.

Just few things like the very loud refrigerators in the rooms, the shuttle vehicles that make nose and light up the rooms until very late in the evening and the acid taste of the water in the swimming pool.

Our stay at Rawi Warin Resort in Koh Lanta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the aesthetics and decor of the lobby and rooms, which perfectly blended luxury with a tropical charm. The resort’s pools were pristine, spacious, and surrounded by plenty of sun beds, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The beach was equally fantastic—soft sand, crystal-clear waters, and great for snorkeling—all just a short stroll from the pool area. The staff truly made our stay even more special, always attentive and friendly from check-in to check-out. Given the resort’s size, we appreciated the convenient golf carts regularly offering lifts to and from our room at the top of the hill. The food was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast was truly 5-star, with a wide selection of high-quality options and a well-thought-out layout that prevented crowding. The pool bar served fantastic food and drinks, making it a great spot to relax during the day. We only had dinner at the resort once, but it was excellent. There are also plenty of beachfront restaurants nearby, perfect for enjoying a meal while watching the sunset. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Rawi Warin Resort to anyone staying in Koh Lanta.

Lovely resort. Despite quite big, you won't have the feeling to tip on each other's toes. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location is great and many options for food, drinks etc. are in walking distance. We loved the pool!

Villa next to the beach is perfect! I would repeat anytime.

We have chosen the Villa next to the beach. It is worth every penny. The Villa was very spacious. Perfect for families. You have your own pool, garden and private direct access to the beach. You can wake up and go straight to a dive. Breakfast is excellent. Room service food is also amazing and the prices are not abusive. You can also easily go for dinner at the village outside by walking or take a Tuk Tuk for 100 THB if you are on a lazy day ;)

The Villa main door should be improved to provide better access control. Despite having two other doors inside with card access, the main door was just a simple wood mechanic system. Anyone could open easily our Villa outdoor entrance lobby. The private access to the beach had some long chairs and sun shade in front of it, blocking partially the access, especially when other users moved the long chairs towards our villa entrance. They should have placed the long chairs and shades in such a way to avoid blocking the villas access. The villa pool water was not warm. The water was indeed cold. If it was warm it would be perfect with the right size for a family of four.

Wonderful

The food in their Thai restaurant was excellent, The breakfast also excellent.We were there for Chinese new year and they laid on an extensive buffet outside with a stage and various acts, a lot of effort went in to it . We were luckily not too far up the hill so could walk up and down, it seems a big resort but is quite compact really. The grounds are phenomenal and the beach very good with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The pool looked very good too although we are beach people.

At low tide the swimming is a bit limited due to rocks in the water but they did allow for some quite decent snorkeling. I was a bit put off by signs everywhere telling you how much you will be fined for various transgressions, not quite what you expect in a 5star hotel.

Lovely resort. We stayed in apartment which was located on a hill and had some stunning views. There is tuk tuk service available if you don’t fancy hiking up all the steps every time. Location was great and it was easy to get around the island.

Great stay in a lovely resort.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh tropical fruit, egg station, crispy bacon, Asian food and Western breakfast foods. Staff very attentive at clearing and refilling food. Loved the grounds, clean and manicured. Neat to see the monitor lizards. Some more flowers planted throughout the grounds would be a nice addition to the established beautiful plants/trees. The main ozone pool was clean and sparkling, nice and cool with a gorgeous view. Our kids loved the slide. Restaurant/bar had a beautiful view, food was tasty and reasonable. We had two tropical rooms, they were roomy and had great proximity to the main pool.

Coffee at breakfast could have been improved. There were made-to-order coffees (I ordered an iced latte) but they weren't great. Machine coffee was just fine. The hillside pool was dirty and tiles were falling off the pool in various places. The lap pool had a weird taste and had a bit of a film on the surface. Lots of flying bugs. There was a retention pond near our room which may have contributed to the bugs or could have just been that it's a tropical area. The mosquito spray provided was a nice touch.

Possibly my favourite hotel ever

Just wow! What an incredible place. We absolutely loved every minute. Stunning location, friendly and attentive staff and such a wonderful hotel.

As others have said, good and drinks are a little on the pricey side compared to outside restaurants, however the quality was faultless so I can’t complain.
