Our honeymoon at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a blend of warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. Ped & Nam at the reception desk were exceptional. Their welcoming presence and eagerness to assist made us feel immediately at home, ensuring a smooth start to our honeymoon. The room we stayed in offered a breathtaking sunset view, living up to its reputation as one of the resort's finest rooms (according to staff). It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a captivating backdrop for our stay. Our dining experiences were delightful. The diverse range of restaurants satisfied our every want, with a special nod to Joy for elevating our dining experiences with her friendly service. Being at the resort for Christmas was a highlight, particularly the grand Christmas Eve buffet. Thi's thoughtful guidance and attentive care made us feel truly cherished during the festive celebrations. Mornings were enriched by Zara's genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her engaging conversations and personal service set a positive tone for each day, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Separately, Nick's infectious energy was a joy to experience. His vibrant personality shone particularly during a Thai street food event hosted by the resort, creating yet another memorable moment for us. Amazing, would return

This is our second time at the property after visiting in April and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make your experience unforgettable. They are also the nicest people we’ve come across at any other hotel in Thailand. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and breathtaking to walk around. The food served around the pool and in the restaurants is amazing - noticeably more expensive than other places but shouldn’t put you off as the quality is reflected in the price - the infinity pool is our favourite feature and looks out into the sea for some scenic views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The only “issue” we can find about the property is just how high up our room is which is easily resolved by asking for the cart to take you up - which is something we didn’t want to do all the time - if this concerns you, perhaps speaking to the hotel about having a room further down could benefit you.

Overall excellent stay in a comfortable and well managed resort on Koh Lanta

Very good service and facilities, very clean all the time and staff at reception and in restaurants were super friendly and efficient.

Based on the room description, i was expecting a better sea view from the villa. The trees in front of the window blocked the whole view. Since there were very few customers, it would have been "client-smart" for the hotel to upgrade us in a better room (most were empty). That would have made us forever grateful and excited ambassadors of the resort.

Lovely and Cozy

Lovely staff, clear water at a cozy beach. Love the room, very spacious and comfy. We do love the stay here. Thanks Khun Wan, khun Kookai and FB staff (cant remember her name - she alway at bar at the evening. she got a very cute and warm smile...). Definitely, will come back here.

Exquisite resort

Everything else. I will probably stay here again if I return to Pai. They are very close to walking street with free shuttle that took us to most places around there. We only had to call when we were ready to return. The river side is beautiful and relaxing. The staff everywhere were eager to help. Restaurant had some of the best food. Pools looked very inviting though we never tried since the temperature was 13 or 14 most late afternoons & evenings. Hotel eagerly packed us breakfast when we were leaving before sunrise for one of the tours. Amazing stay!

We are a family of 4 and need an extra bed. But the first night we had to stay in 2 separate rooms only because there were no extra matresses available. That's weird. We paid 5000 extra for a separate room for a night till a mattress became available the following night.

Awesome

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Large, comfortable and clean rooms with luxury bathroom. The views around the resort are amazing, including the sunsets. Nice, large pool and nice beach. Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Motorbike rental shop just outside the main gate was also very useful. Would definitely recommend this near-perfect place to spend your holiday in Koh Lanta.

The mattress was hard and not so comfortable. It would be better to only use electric carts to bring guests & luggage to the rooms, instead of the noisy and polluting Suzuki Carry pickup trucks, and let the staff use electric motorbikes. Some signage to the rooms is missing (e.g. 500~), so it was difficult to find our room the first one or two days.

Beautifully kept grounds with hard working very amenable staff. Room was large with excellent facilities and view. Facilities were spotless with beautiful pool areas and bar restaurant. Highly recommend

Would like to see soft drinks in the mini bar. Nothing was open in the local but this is not a reflection on the hotel.

Comfortable stay in Koh Lanta.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the bed was very good. I enjoyed breakfast. The staff were very friendly. I loved the library where a guests can find a lot of choice in different books.

Missing in the bathroom is the vanity mirror. The avocado / prawn salad at the swimming pool bar was not prepared very creatively, I had expected more when I ordered it.

A little pocket of heaven

Due to the scale and growing global worry over Coronavirus - the hotel was very very empty. But despite this - the staff made you feel as though your stay was just as important as any of the thousands of guests that would normally stay here at busier times. The facilities and comfort levels are exceptional. The ability and pride that the Rawi Warin staff take in turning this place into a little pocket of heaven on earth, away from the chaos all around - was exceptional. Ahead of my flight back, the hotel provided me with a mask - to get me through my long journey back to the United Kingdom. Especially given the difficult circumstances, the level of care and hospitality at this hotel was excellent. The gym as well was more than good enough from a hotel gym standard to be able to get a good weights workout in - with dumbells going up to 25kg, and a barbell rack and bench for if you wanted heavier weights to work with. Also a pull up bar, dips handles and multi-gym machine. I felt very safe and well looked after - and hopefully will come back again during calmer times :)

Given I was travelling during the progressive global shutdown over Coronavirus, the only things I didn't like were mostly things out of the hotel's control! (e.g. Shutting the pool and gym half way through my stay, as well as the spa)

We liked the golf buggy, which was a taxi to take you to your hotel room, as it was very steep.

The only thing I would say is that the pool bar staff, should come round the pools a bit more to ask people if they would like drinks. They could make so much more money.
